Terms & Conditions — pulaujudi

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "You") and pulaujudi (hereinafter referred to as "pulaujudi", "We", "Us", or "Our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://pulaujudi.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any policies incorporated herein by reference, such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an account on pulaujudi, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by individuals under this age is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or automated system).
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or have been previously banned from the Platform.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a person employed by pulaujudi or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the Platform. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names — constitutes Prohibited Conduct and may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information, including your legal name, date of birth, Malaysian residential address, and contact details.
• Keeping your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and not sharing them with any third party.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not, until you notify pulaujudi of any unauthorised access.
• Notifying our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.
• Keeping your registered contact details current. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays to account verification and withdrawal processing.

pulaujudi reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for verification purposes, including but not limited to a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), driver's licence, or passport, and a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address.

All financial transactions on pulaujudi are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform:

5.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made using any of the payment methods currently supported by pulaujudi, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Available methods and minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• pulaujudi does not accept cash deposits or deposits via methods not listed in the cashier.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification may experience delays.
• pulaujudi targets a withdrawal processing time of 5 to 30 minutes for DuitNow and e-wallet transfers during normal operating conditions. Timelines may vary during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal requests involving active bonus balances subject to wagering requirements will not be processed until the applicable requirements have been met.
• pulaujudi reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that deviate from a Player's normal activity pattern.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

pulaujudi complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. We are required to monitor transactions, report suspicious activity, and request documentation where deposits or withdrawal patterns suggest unusual or potentially unlawful activity. Players who engage in money laundering or structuring of transactions will have their accounts closed and funds reported to the relevant authorities.

pulaujudi offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 20 times (20x) the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds are credited to a Player's Bonus Balance and are separate from the Real Money Balance. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Wagering must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will expire at the end of this period.
• Certain game types may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements, or may be excluded entirely. Details are provided in each promotion's specific terms.
• pulaujudi reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if misuse is suspected or system errors have been exploited.
• Players may only claim each promotional offer once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times using duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• The birthday bonus (up to MYR 2,688 depending on VIP tier) and referral bonus (MYR 38 per successful referral) are subject to their own specific terms, which are available on request.

The following rules govern all wagering activity on the Platform, including casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, and all other gaming products:

• All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. pulaujudi does not accept requests to void confirmed bets except in the circumstances described in these Terms (e.g., technical errors, market suspension).
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or betting event, pulaujudi will take reasonable steps to reconstruct the outcome where possible. If reconstruction is not possible, affected bets will be voided and the staked amounts returned to Players' Real Money Balances.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• pulaujudi reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a palpable error in odds pricing has occurred (e.g., where odds clearly do not reflect the true market). Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors will have associated winnings voided.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types. Current limits are displayed within the Platform. pulaujudi reserves the right to adjust individual Player betting limits at its discretion.
• Mix Parlay bets — popular among Malaysian football bettors for Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and other competitions — are governed by the standard accumulator rules. If one selection is voided, the parlay is recalculated with the remaining selections.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without authorisation.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or feature of the Platform.
• Using any automated tool, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit games.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer games or poker variants.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform or any game software.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt wagering activity on sports markets.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward pulaujudi staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after having received the corresponding service.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the pulaujudi brand name, logo, domain name, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of pulaujudi or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial gaming activity in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written consent from pulaujudi.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use the pulaujudi brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context.
• Frame, mirror, or scrape the Platform or its content.

Any unauthorised use of pulaujudi's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may be pursued through civil and/or criminal proceedings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pulaujudi shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss or damage caused by a Force Majeure event, including interruptions to internet connectivity, third-party payment provider outages, regulatory actions, or natural disasters.
• Technical errors, system downtime, or delays in the processing of bets or transactions that are beyond pulaujudi's reasonable control.
• Any decision by a Player to wager funds on the Platform and any resulting financial loss therefrom.
• Third-party content, software, or services integrated into or accessible via the Platform, including game software provided by third-party studios.

Where pulaujudi is found liable to you under these Terms or otherwise, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

pulaujudi reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a financial institution.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by an automated system.
• Regulatory requirements or law enforcement direction.
• Player request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, pulaujudi will endeavour to complete the investigation within a reasonable timeframe. If the Player is found to have violated these Terms, any balance associated with the violation may be forfeited. If no violation is found, the account will be reinstated and the balance restored.

Players may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team at the email address provided in Clause 15. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after all pending wagers have been settled will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to KYC verification having been completed.

pulaujudi is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing players with the tools and information needed to maintain healthy gambling habits. We believe gambling should remain a form of entertainment and never be pursued as a source of income or a means to address financial difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined session duration to encourage regular breaks.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period chosen.
• Reality Checks: On-screen prompts showing elapsed time and net session win/loss during active play.

pulaujudi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, Platform features, or operational policies.

Where a material change is made to these Terms, pulaujudi will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or security reasons.

The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pulaujudi is licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute between you and pulaujudi, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Our team will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Each party shall bear its own costs in relation to any arbitration proceedings unless the arbitrator directs otherwise.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.
